It is also suitable for inspecting the verticality and parallelism of workpiece. Moreover, our cast iron vee block can be utilized for the clamping in the mechanical processing.

    2. Steel V-blockThe steel V-block made from qualified tool steel is applicable for the inspection in the cylindrical products processing. It can correct the verticality, concentricity, and the like. This metal V block features high precision and can be conveniently used. In addition, it has a plate used to fix workpiece, thus making the measurement more accurate. Our tool steel vee block is really convenient to use.
    2. Magnetic V-blockThe magnetic V-block is convenient in use. Both of its V groove part and bottom part are magnetic. It is a kind of industrial V-block chiefly fit for the inspection in the cylindrical products processing. It can revise the verticality, concentricity, etc. This inspection block is available with the sizes including 60×60×60mm, 100×60×100mm, and 150×60×120mm. The working magnetic force could be 20 kg×2, 25kg×2, and 30kg×2.
Application

The metal V-block is mainly suitable for the inspection, revising, positioning, and scribing of the axles or precision shaft parts. Additionally, it can be applied to inspect the verticality and parallelism of workpiece. You can use this product for the clamping in the mechanical processing.

Manufacturing Standard

The vee block is processed in accordance with the national GB4972-85 standard, except that the cast iron type is made in line with the JB/T8047-95 manufacturing standard. HT200 is used as the raw materials. Generally, our product is supplied in pairs.
