On November 22, 2015, Hebei Jingda Machine Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (stock code: 208507) held a grand ceremony to celebrate that Jingda successfully becomes a public company on Shanghai Equity Exchange. Government leaders of Botou city and the chairman of Jinda all attended the ceremony.

Jingda specializes in the research, development and manufacture of CNC machine tools, measuring instruments and automobile moulds. Ms. Liu, the chairman of Jinda, made a speech on the ceremony. She mentioned that becoming a public company on Shanghai Equity Exchange is a milestone of Jingda, which enables Jingda to enter into the capital market and also provides strong and continual supports for Jingda’s future growth.
